In 1976, ÜLKERLER Kollektif Sti. Our group, which started its commercial life with the establishment of our company, was established in 1983 in accordance with the procedure of our collective company ÜLKERLER Besin Mad. Trade and San. A.Ş. and continued its commercial life.

In 2005, ÜLKERLER Real Estate Construction Real Estate Trade Ltd. Şti., our family started to grow.

In 2010, BODRUM ÜLKERLER Food and Agriculture Products Inc. (The name was changed as “K INVEST Girişim İnşaat Gayrimenkul Ticaret A.Ş.” in 2022) to our group, we continued to grow successfully and steadily and expand our commercial life.

DESIGN Vizyon Gıda İnşaat Sanayi A.Ş, which we established in 2016, is our company that we have taken under our roof, our Didim center Burger King Fr., which has been operating since 2009.

In 2016, Ülkerler Emlak İnşaat Gayrimenkul Ticaret Ltd.Şti. Our group continued to grow by opening Didim Altınkum Sahil Burger King Fr. with BEMS Vizyon Gıda İnşaat A.Ş.

We have created today’s big picture by taking over FEBS Gıda Anonim Şirketi, which we established in 2020, and İzmir Bahçelievler Burger King Fr.

BEKAY Turizm İnşaat Gayrimenkul Ticaret A.Ş., which we established in 2020. We are making investments in the field of real estate with our company and we have revealed our vision of becoming a national company as Real Estate Investment Trust in the future.
